Reservations for workshop can be made here. Please provide the name and contact information of the person making the reservation, and select the time, number of people, and type of knife.

※Please make reservations at least one day in advance. If you book on the same day, we might not be able to prepare the knives in time.
※時期によって包丁の鋼材(鋼またはステンレス)は異なります。特定の鋼材をお求めの方は、事前にご確認いただいてからのご予約をお願いいたします。
※The type of steel used for the knives (carbon steel or stainless steel) may vary depending on seasons of year. If you are looking for a specific type of steel, please check with us in advance before making a reservation.
